Arboricultural Impact Assessments and Trees in Relation to Construction:
We produce tree reports for planning applications and for checking the effects a development may have on any trees that are close enough to be effected. These are produced in accordance with BS5837:2005 'Trees in Relation to Construction'. We can provide drawings as part this service or work from other peoples.

Quantified Tree Risk Assessment:
We are also licenced to use a tree risk evaluation system called Quantified Tree Risk Assessment - QTRA.
This system takes into account the various factors which effect the probibility of harm to peaple or property occuring, due to tree failure (branch failure, Stem (Trunk) or Windthrow). A figure such as 1:1000 is produced as a guide and the customer can decide themselves wether this risk is acceptable or not. Large organisations often already have an acceptable risk policy with a figure normally set between 1:10,000 and 1:20,000. The report will include measures which can be taken to reduce or remove risk. It can be applied to large numbers of trees quite quickly, or in more detail to individual trees.
We can also provide a more basic Tree Hazard Evaluation.
